We are very excited to share that the Trust has welcomed a new face this fall. Shannon Hendricks has joined our team as our most recent Oregon Fellow!
Shannon is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategy and her B.B.A. in Business Analytics with a minor in Catholic Social Tradition. While at Notre Dame, she researched best models for engaging individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in high conflict areas spending time in both the Middle East and Europe. Shannon was also a 5-year member and captain for the Notre Dame varsity women’s soccer team.
An initiative by the Oregon Leadership Development Institute (OLDI), the Fellows Program is designed to empower young people to live out their faith while practicing leadership in areas of relevance such as community and the workplace. Over the course of the program, Fellows learn and practice integrating their faith and leadership responsibilities and participate in mentorship with both spiritual teachers and professional mentors in their areas of focus.
As an Oregon Fellow, Shannon will apply her background in business and community engagement as she contributes across a variety of projects for the Trust, including supporting our Enrichment, Communications and Convening efforts.
Please join us in giving Shannon a warm welcome!
